Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services and websites provided by Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Advanced Drains and Underground Solutions (“Advanced Drains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, using our websites at advanceddrainsandundergroundsolutions.com or no-trenches.com, communicating with our AI phone assistant, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide trenchless sewer repair, pipe bursting, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection, and related plumbing services in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Service availability and pricing may vary by location, scope, and access.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • Free written estimates are available for most non-emergency work and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimates are based on visual inspection and reasonable assumptions about conditions; final pricing may differ if hidden conditions are discovered after work begins. We will notify you and obtain authorization before performing additional work that would change the price.
  • “Beat any written estimate by 10%” applies to comparable scopes from licensed, insured competitors and is subject to verification.

3. Warranties

  • Trenchless pipe bursting: lifetime warranty on the installed pipe section, transferable with the property, subject to terms in your work order.
  • Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP): manufacturer-backed warranty per liner specification.
  • Drain cleaning: 30-day satisfaction warranty on cleared lines for the specific stoppage addressed.
  • Camera inspection: footage and report provided as-is at the time of inspection.
  • All warranties are void if (a) other parties subsequently work on or alter the system, (b) damage is caused by tree roots, ground movement, third-party negligence, or acts of nature occurring after the work, or (c) unauthorized modifications are made.
  • Specific warranty terms are set out in your written work order, which controls if there is any conflict with these Terms.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing.
  • Accepted methods: cash, check, credit card, ACH, and approved financing.
  • Returned checks subject to a $35 fee. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
  • If collection action is required, you agree to pay reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip-fee equal to our minimum service call. Emergency dispatches that have been deployed may be billed at the published emergency-call rate even if work is not performed.

6. Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, disclose known hazards (gas lines, electrical, septic systems, structural issues), and ensure pets and children are kept clear of work zones. You are responsible for obtaining any HOA or condo-association approvals required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage caused by pre-existing conditions disclosed or reasonably discoverable. This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent prohibited by law.

8. Communications and Recording

Inbound calls to our business line may be answered by our AI phone assistant (“Vikky”). Calls may be recorded for quality, dispatch accuracy, training, and AI improvement. By continuing the call, you consent to recording. Text-message communications follow the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy.

9. Use of Our Websites

You agree not to misuse our websites, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content for unauthorized purposes, transmit malicious code, or impersonate another person. Content on our sites is owned by Advanced Drains or licensed for our use; you may not reproduce it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

10. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve concerns directly. If we cannot, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by phone or email before any formal action. If a dispute proceeds, it shall be governed by Pennsylvania law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, except that small-claims actions may proceed in the appropriate magisterial district.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Drains and its employees from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misrepresentation of site conditions or property ownership, or (c) your violation of applicable law.

12. Modification

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or websites after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
