We’re a growing trenchless sewer & drain company hiring for two roles:

Underground / Trenchless Foreman

Lead crews on sewer line replacement, excavation, and trenchless installs. 5+ years underground/utility/sewer experience, able to run a job site, read prints, and operate equipment. Valid driver’s license. Pay based on experience.

Plumber / Drain Technician (and helpers)

Drain cleaning, camera inspections, pipe repair, and sewer work. Experienced techs and entry-level helpers welcome — we train. Valid driver’s license required; willingness to learn and show up matters most.

Local to Delaware County / greater Philadelphia.

Office / Operations Coordinator

$20/hr to start | Part-time to full-time | In-office (Springfield)

Keep the office and operation in order — permits and township paperwork, insurance and license renewals, vendor and parts coordination, filing, and keeping crew admin moving so the field never waits on paperwork. You’re the organizer who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between the AI systems and the guys in the trucks.

What we need: Organized, reliable, follows through. Comfortable with computers and learning our systems. Trades or contractor-office experience a plus (not required). PA driver license.

What you get: $20/hr to start, room to grow. Steady role in a small, growing company where your work is visible. Real ownership of the office.

We are the first PHCC-member, ADA-compliant, fully AI-operated trenchless sewer replacement company in Delaware County. We are hiring people who want to build something that does not exist anywhere else in this region.

We do not have a sales team. We have repair teams and expert teams. People here work because the trade drives them. AI handles scheduling, dispatch, and customer follow-up. The humans handle the trade. Hard work has a real return here.

Field Technician – Trenchless / Drain / Sewer

Pay: $28–$42/hr + performance incentives  |  Full-time W-2  |  Company vehicle provided

Trenchless pipe lining and bursting, drain cleaning, sewer repair, video inspection, water line work — full residential and light commercial scope across Delaware County and surrounding counties.

  • Plumbing or drain/sewer field experience (journeyman level preferred)
  • PA driver’s license, insurable record
  • Training from one of the most experienced trenchless operators in the region

Crew Laborer / Field Helper – Entry Level

Pay: $18–$24/hr  |  Full-time W-2  |  No experience required — we train

Work alongside our field technicians on drain, sewer, and trenchless jobs across Delaware County. Digging, pipe handling, job site setup and cleanup. Real trade experience building every day. Path to field tech if you earn it.

Shop / Yard Person

Pay: $17–$22/hr  |  Full-time W-2

Equipment maintenance and prep, truck loading and organization, yard inventory, shop cleanliness, materials receiving. You are the reason the crew goes out ready every morning. In a small company, essential people get recognized.

Office / Operations Coordinator

Pay: $20/hr to start  |  Part-time to full-time  |  In-office (Springfield, PA)

Most of the admin that bogs down a plumbing shop — scheduling, dispatch, customer follow-up, invoicing — our systems already run automatically. We are looking for the person who keeps the human side of the shop organized around it.
