“We had an ongoing leak in our basement coming from the 2nd floor bathroom- we got in touch with Advanced Drains through out home owner’s insurance– our insurance company was pretty terrible to work with– but that is not what this review is about– once we finally got Advanced Drains out they were able to diagnose the problem right away and send in the service order. Despite the fact that the insurance company did a terrible job following up with us and next steps (again,not the review for this post!), Advanced Drains was great, they made sure we had all the information and sent out a great tech (Hey Dan! & I’m sorry I didn’t catch the other guy’s name!) and worked quickly, efficiently, and kept the place pretty clean. I would definitely recommend them. They followed covid guidelines, were respectful and so easy to work with. And Shauna (who answered the phone when I called) was great too! Thank you guys!”

“I would recommend this company whole heartedly! They came to unclog a kitchen drain on a Saturday evening and arrived within 40 minutes of placing the call! I was amazed when I got the first text message reporting their location and then the 2nd text came in to say they were 6 minutes away. “Professional team providing honest quotes and ingenious solutuions to my problem. Another company said I had to tear down walls, door and hvac duck work to do this repair. These guys figured out a worked around it and got it done with no damages anywhere!

Had to navigate warranty company and the responsive office manager helped to reduce the lag time between getting the necessary approvals and coordinating a team to my house on the same DAY!

When they left my house, the crew made sure to tidy up. The area was cleaner than before the incident.

“If I could give a 10 star review I would. We are so appreciate of Craig and his teams work and dedication. They were able to open a major “slag” clog on a sewer line that was missed by several inspectors on a recent home purchase. We cannot thank this man enough for what he did for us. If anyone is looking for a technician, don’t look any further. He saved us from possibly having to open up walls and floors on our home.”
