CIPP UV Lining in Delaware County and the Main Line
UV lining repairs a broken or leaking sewer pipe from the inside. We pull a resin-soaked liner through the old pipe, inflate it against the pipe wall, and harden it in place with ultraviolet light. The result is a new pipe inside the old one, with no trench across your yard, driveway or basement floor.
Our own equipment, run by a master plumber
We own a Perma-Liner LightRay UV lining system. It is ours, owned outright, not rented. Craig Devakow, a Pennsylvania master plumber, has done trenchless sewer work since 2014 and has run Advanced Drains since 2019.
When UV lining is the right repair
- Cracked or leaking clay and cast iron sewer lines
- Root intrusion at the pipe joints
- Cast iron drain lines inside the building, up to 4 inches
- Clay sewer laterals in the ground, 4 to 5 inches
Lining is not the answer for every pipe. A collapsed or badly sagging line usually needs pipe bursting or a dig repair. We tell you which one your pipe needs, and why, before you spend anything on the repair.
How the job goes
- Camera inspection. We run a camera through the line and show you the video. The inspection is $450, credited toward the repair.
- Cleaning. We hydro jet the pipe so the liner bonds to a clean wall.
- Lining. We pull the liner in, inflate it, and cure it with the UV light.
- Proof. We run the camera again and give you the after video.
Everything in writing
You get a written estimate with the footage, the pipe size and the price before any work starts. Lining starts at $5,600 for runs up to 15 feet. Longer runs are priced in writing after the camera inspection. No surprise charges.
Already have a quote?
Send it to us. The site visit is free, and we beat any written estimate. A second opinion is worth having before you sign for a sewer repair, so here are three questions to ask any contractor: Do you own your lining equipment? Who will be on site running it? Will I get the camera video before and after?
