Advanced Drains & Underground Solutions provides plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair, and related services (“Services”) in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. All Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Service Estimates

Estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Emergency Services

Emergency service availability is subject to technician availability and may include additional fees. Response times are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions.

5. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your service agreement. Equipment and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage is void if unauthorized repairs are made.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • Damage resulting from homeowner negligence
  • Access damage where notification was provided
  • Delays due to weather, permitting, or unforeseen conditions

Advanced Drains & Underground Solutions carries appropriate licensing and insurance as required by Pennsylvania law.
